Who you're buying from
Wando is a product of BTNG B.V., registered in the Netherlands. Our contact is [email protected].
What you order
Each Wando poster is printed to order from photos you upload. Once you place an order, we move it into production immediately. Because each poster is unique to you, the EU consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to completed, made-to-measure prints.
Your photos
You keep ownership of every photo you upload. You grant us a limited licence to print, ship, and store them for the duration of your order. We don't use customer photos for marketing without explicit permission.
Payment
Payments are processed by Mollie. Prices are shown in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT, baked into the headline price for every order regardless of destination. Shipping is free worldwide.
Delivery
Production takes 2 working days. Shipping is 3–5 working days across the EU and the UK, and 5–10 working days for the rest of the world (your order is routed to the nearest print facility automatically, so the longer windows apply to destinations far from any of them). We're not liable for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we'll always replace a poster lost in transit.
Customs and import VAT (outside the EU and UK)
For orders shipped outside the EU and the UK, customs duties or import VAT may be collected by the carrier on delivery according to your country's rules. These charges are separate from what you pay us at checkout.
Defects and replacements
If your poster arrives damaged or with a print defect, email [email protected] within 14 days with a photo of the issue. We'll print and ship a replacement at no charge.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any single order is the amount you paid for that order. We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Wando evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
Law and jurisdiction
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you're an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
