Methods we accept, what's in the price, and how refunds work.
What payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna (pay in three instalments or pay later). Processed by Mollie — Wando never sees your card details.
Is the price I see the final price?
Yes. VAT is included. Shipping is included. Whatever the cart shows is what your card is charged.
What sizes and prices do you offer?
A4 (21 × 30 cm) — €39.95
A3 (30 × 42 cm) — €49.95
A2 (42 × 60 cm) — €74.95
A1 (60 × 84 cm) — €99.95
Add a real-wood Classic Frame for €40 to €80 depending on size.
What currency are prices in?
Euros, regardless of where you're ordering from. If your card is held in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate.
When am I charged?
At checkout. Your card is charged immediately when you confirm the order — that's what triggers the print file going to the press.
Do you have discount codes?
Sometimes. The code field is on the checkout page. If you've been sent one (welcome email, review reward, occasion campaign), drop it in there.
How long do refunds take?
We refund the same day we accept the cancellation or claim. The money lands back on your card in 1–5 working days, depending on your bank.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Mollie — a Dutch, PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. Wando never receives or stores your card details; we just receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded.
