Ordering

Placing an order, editing a draft, and tracking what you ordered.

How do I order a poster?

Three steps. Pick a layout on the create page. Upload your photos. Pick a size, add a frame if you want one, and check out. No account needed.

Do I need an account?

No. We don't ask you to sign up. Your draft is held against a session cookie that survives for 30 days, and after checkout the order is tied to the email address you give us.

Can I save a draft and come back later?

Yes — as long as you use the same browser on the same device. Your draft survives a refresh and a 30-day return. If you switch devices, the draft doesn't come with you.

Can I edit my poster after I've paid?

Maybe. The window is short: we send the file to print quickly. Email [email protected] the moment you spot something — if it hasn't gone to print yet, we'll fix it. Once it's printing, we can't change it.

What do the order statuses mean?

Paid — we have your order, we're preparing the print file.
Being printed — the file is at the press.
Shipped — the package is on the way. Tracking link is in your inbox.
Delivered — the carrier has confirmed delivery.

Where's my order?

Every confirmation email has a link to a live tracker. Bookmark it. We update it as the order moves through production and shipping. If you've lost the email, search your inbox for "wando" or write to [email protected] with the email address you used.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, if it hasn't gone to the press yet. Email [email protected] as soon as you can — we'll cancel and refund in full. Once it's printing, we can't pull it back, because at that point a physical thing exists that was made to your design.

Still stuck?

[email protected] — we read every email.
